Art lovers and culture seekers are invited to experience the vibrant energy of downtown as the Downtown Gallery Crawl returns on Thursday, August 7, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Hosted by the non-profit Downtown Arts Alliance, this free event showcases the creativity of North Louisiana through a lively mix of gallery openings, local artists, and engaging community spaces.
The Crawl transforms both downtown Monroe and West Monroe into walkable hubs of expression—where visitors can explore a diverse range of artwork, meet artists in person, and even take home original pieces. Whether you're a seasoned collector or simply curious, the evening promises something for everyone in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

The Downtown Gallery Crawl happens six times a year—on the first Thursday of February, April, June, August, October, and December. Upcoming 2025 dates include October 2 and December 4.
