JTL Construction is hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead residential and light commercial projects across Northeast Louisiana. We’re looking for an experienced, motivated leader who can manage job sites, ensure quality work, and keep projects running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on active job sites

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and materials

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance

• Maintain quality standards and complete daily logs

• Troubleshoot on-site issues and keep projects on schedule

• Schedule and coordinate inspections

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Minimum 1 years of experience managing construction projects

• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job specifications

• Dependable, organized, and solution-oriented
