Wellness Resolution Run

The race includes a 4 mile and an 8 mile run which is very attractive to those runners interested in more that a 5k. In addition, entrants may choose to walk the 4 mile course. The race course will begin and end at the Glenwood Medical Mall (102 Thomas Rd) parking lot facing McMillan Rd. The 8 mile race will consist of a double loop of the actual course. RACE MAP PICTURE is posted on the home page of wmwellnesscenter.com Late Registration begins Saturday January 6th at 6:30am with the race starting at 8:00am. The Wellness Center and various sponsors will also host a post-race luncheon and awards ceremony in Studio A of The Wellness Center located at 3215 Cypress Street, West Monroe. Awards for the 4 and 8 mile will be awarded for Male and Female - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd based on age group increments: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
