About White Label : The journey into martial arts began when Clay Senior wanted his son to wrestle, but the only gym nearby offered Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Soon, the whole family started training, and it became a vital part of their lives. Jiu Jitsu provided a sense of calm and togetherness, no matter what life stage they were in. Flash forward almost two decades. In November 2023, Dominique used her training to neutralize a violent situation and came out victorious. Which resulted in founding SHESAFE Training in the beginning of 2024. We have become incredibly passionate of self-defense and empowering our community more so than ever.
 
At SHESAFE Training, our mission is to empower women with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to defend themselves in any situation. Through comprehensive self-defense training and a supportive community, we strive to create a safe and inclusive space where women can thrive and feel empowered to take control of their personal safety.
