About Pinnacle Family Health:

Pinnacle Family Health, a community health center based in West Monroe, provides accessible and comprehensive healthcare in an affirming and inclusive environment for the families of Northeast Louisiana in its new 24,000 square foot facility.  In addition to primary medical care, Pinnacle provides behavioral health, in-house x-ray and, beginning in April, dental services; in July, there will also be a pharmacy on-site for patient convenience.
 

Pinnacle gladly accepts people with Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and no insurance.  Additionally, Pinnacle offers income-based discounts to make quality healthcare affordable for everyone.
