Ascent Monroe offers Wraparound Services to the following Parishes: Caldwell, East Carroll, Franklin, Lincoln, Madison, Morehouse, Ouachita, Richland, Tensas, Union, and West Carroll.
 
Ascent's Wraparound Services
Wraparound Services is a free, in-home intervention program that focuses on youth who are at risk of being placed out-of-home or in an alternative school. Our mission is to bring hope where it has been lost. We work with youth between 5-20 who are dealing with complex social, behavioral or mental health issues. We incorporate family members and coordinate with organizations in the community that can have a positive impact on the youth and ultimately help the family meet their goals.
