Ouachita Valley FCU 1st Annual Scholarship
Beginning as a teacher’s credit union, we believe education is key in building stronger communities. This year, Ouachita Valley Federal Credit Union will award eighteen $1,000 scholarships, distributing them throughout the seven parishes we serve: Caldwell, Franklin, Jackson, Lincoln, Morehouse, Ouachita, and Richland.
