Household Hazardous Waste

Ouachita Green will host the annual Household Hazardous Waste Event on Saturday, March 15 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m at the Ike Hamilton Expo Center, 501 Mane Street, West Monroe. Households in Ouachita Parish may drop off - paint, household chemicals, electronics, prescription medicines, tires, recyclable materials, furniture and more. It keeps items from being illegally dumped, it keeps items from being improperly discarded in our landfills to leak into soil and water. This event helps recycle items to secure our natural resources.
