Friday Luncheon at the Chamber

Join the Chamber for a Friday Luncheon at the Chamber. Our January presenter will be Kirsten Gladen - small business owner and Vocational rehabilitation Counselor for Hustle & Grow LLC. She will share about job readiness, job placement services, and Supported Employment for persons with disabilities and how the small business community can assist by way of community partnership and offering diverse employment opportunities. 

The purpose of the presentation will also serve as a learning opportunity to highlight other programs offered through the state like On the Job Training (OJT) wherein a business can be reimbursed 100% of wages for a specified amount of time for offering an employment opportunity for a person with a disability. In addition to job coaching services to foster job retention and employer satisfaction.
